On March 9th, 2009, the day that the stock market reached a historic low point, and my oldest daughter turned three, I chose to become self-employed and purchased my father’s practice.  We worked together for two years during the transition and in 2011 I assumed sole responsibility for the well-being of my clients.  I studied economics at Colorado College and spent five years as a Bank Officer with Wells Fargo Bank before joining AT&T® and eventually Healthgrades®. 

For over fifteen year I have managed my “possibilites-based” practice, providing life financial planning and investment information to individuals, families, and small businesses to help create peace of mind around financial affairs.

My passion is sharing knowledge and guidance to help people become financially confident and see their future more clearly. I become a trusted resource and integral part of client’s financial lives. I abide by the same core values as my broker-dealer, Cambridge Investment Research: Integrity, Commitment, Flexibility, and Kindness.

My interest in global sustainability led me to Paraguay for two and a half years of development work with the Peace Corps during the mid-1990s. My husband, John, works in education and currently serves on the Denver Public Schools Board of Education. We have two teenage daughters with whom we enjoy traveling, skiing, cooking, or just plain “hanging out.”
