I graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1991, but it turns out the primary purpose of attending was to meet my amazing wife. She was working for the FBI at the time, and we have been married since 1992. I started my legal practice that same year, but later came across a book about alternative career paths for attorneys called “Running from the Law.” One of the options was financial advising. In 1996, I started a financial advisory practice and continued to run my legal practice simultaneously until 2002, when I chose to focus exclusively on providing financial advice.
I love what I do and am personally invested. I’m married to a government employee with the same federal retirement options as you, and I know the federal system inside and out. You can trust me to help you navigate the complexities of your situation and identify the best options to achieve your goals.
I grew up in Boston. My wife and I reside in the small town of Evergreen, Colorado, a beautiful community located in Rocky Mountains. We have two boys, Mickey and Paddy, who are both attending college in Kansas. When I am not working with clients, I’m likely enjoying the outdoors with my family, attending sporting events, skiing, woodworking, gardening, cooking, or reading a great book.
